Dear Friends: It is my pleasure to introduce you to the Knights Templar Eye Foundation, Inc., which is considered a "Great Humanitarian Charity ." The Knights Templar - Eye Foundation, Inc. is not as well known as many Charities, probably because it is only a little over forty years of age having been founded in 1956. This Foundation is generally considered a last resort for help to persons in need of assistance with eye surgery and hospitalization. One of the greatest gifts that our Creator provides to most of us at birth is "The Gift of Sight", and this is no doubt one area where people who lose this gift are left with a great loss of not being able to enjoy and appreciate all that God has created. The Knights Templar Eye Foundation, Inc. provides financial assistance to those in need of surgical treatment without regard to race, color, creed, age, sex, or national origin, provided they are unable to pay or receive adequate assistance from other sources. Our interest in helping children is as great as it is with adults and senior citizens. If the need exists and the patient meets our basic requirements, we make every effort to assist as needed. Please take a few minutes to read the enclosed literature. You may not need this type of assistance but may be able to tell a friend that this Foundation does exist and stands ready to help where possible.
