   MEMBERSHIP AWARD PROGRAM

The Grand Council Officers are continuing the Membership Award Program.  It is designed to help increase petitions in the Councils of Kentucky.

It is the belief of the Grand Council Officers that if we have an Incentive Program more Candidates and Members will be obtained for the Grand Council.

A Council Companion is eligible for the Award when the petition is presented and read in the Council.

An attractive lapel pin featuring a gold colored sword and trowel on a purple triangle will be presented to Council members who are top-line signers of one petition for the Degrees or Reinstatement.  Companions who sign the top-line on five petitions for the Degrees or Reinstatement will receive an Achievement Bar to attach to the bottom of the pin.

The pins will not be available for purchase and will only be awarded to those who qualify under the Incentive Program.  One pin may be awarded for each petition submitted. The Recorder shall fill out the Submission Form and forward it to the Arch Deputy.  The Arch Deputy shall make arrangements for the presentation of the  Awards.  The Arch Deputy shall keep  accurate records and inventory of the Awards in his Arch.
