TO: The M.l. Past Grand Masters, Elected and Appointed Grand Council Officers, Chief Arch Deputy, Grand Arch Deputies, Masters, Officers and Companions of the Constituent Councils of the Grand Council of Kentucky Royal and Select Masters:

Thank you for the honor of serving you for the 180th year of Cryptic Masonry in Kentucky. It is with humility and faith in The Great Architect of the universe, that I engage on this significant journey.

We have a great fraternity that I believe is moving forward, even if at a slow pace. There is much in our past that we can draw from to further our goals.

The goal for this year is to: DO ONE THING: Improve attendance, improve degree work, increase inspection points or whatever your Council want to make as their PRIORITY to get accomplished this year. If you have more than one priority, you don't have to priority, as you can only put 100% of your efforts into one project. It is good to have a list of things to do, but only one can be a priority.

If you accomplish your priority, then start another from your to do list.

Inaction breeds doubt and fear. Action breeds confidence and courage. If you want to conquer fear, do not sit at home and think about it. Go out and get busy.
